Wetland Evaluation – Managed the classification, inventory, and mapping of wetlands in Skagit and Grant Counties, Washington state, with academic teams from both counties.

Oil and Gas Exploration Potential – Managed project to evaluate basin potential for oil and gas in all of Mexico with teams from Mexico and the U.S.

Oil and Gas New Ventures – Managed evaluation of existing oil and gas properties in South-Southeast Asia and Latin America, including negotiations with governments and companies.

Human Resources – Managed the creation and development of a system to attract retirees to return for contract work.

Merging Companies – Managed and directed the merger of three technical venture companies into one during a merger of two major oil and gas corporations.
